Import-to-sale stock and finance system

This is a trading and stock management system built for the full import-to-sale cycle: procurement, customs, inventory, sales, receivables, and financial reporting. Customs, freight, and logistics costs are folded into the cost of each inventory batch, so profit is based on what each item actually cost to land rather than on estimates. Stock moves on a first-in, first-out basis, with stock aging visible and fulfillment triggered automatically once a sale is approved. Sales go through a structured workflow of quotation, payment verification, approval, fulfillment, and reversal if needed, with each step handled by the right team (Sales, Finance, or Admin). Ethiopian tax rules are built in, including 15% VAT and 3% withholding, and reports cover P&L, cost of goods sold, and VAT by role.
